Where the work of healing meets the wisdom of the body.
Trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and restorative rest led by a licensed therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher.
Yoga & Somatic Wellness
Hello there,
Many of us were taught to push through, hold it together, and call it strength. Our bodies have been keeping score the whole time.
As a licensed therapist and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200, Yoga Alliance), I bring a unique perspective to the mat: a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, and burnout are stored in the nervous system and how movement, breath, and rest can help release them. These sessions are not about perfect poses or performance. They are invitations to slow down, reconnect with your body, and practice what it means to feel safe, grounded, and supported within yourself.
Offerings

Restorative Rest & Breathwork Sessions
Gentle, accessible sessions centered on intentional rest, guided breathwork, and nervous system regulation. No yoga experience required, just a willingness to slow down. Ideal for community events, gyms, studios, and wellness gatherings.

Corporate & Team Sessions
Mindful movement and breathwork experiences designed for workplaces navigating burnout, stress, and emotional fatigue. These sessions pair naturally with my corporate wellness workshops, addressing stress at the source, in the body, rather than offering surface-level productivity fixes.

Workshops & Special Events
Custom experiences that blend therapeutic insight with somatic practice, boundaries and breathwork, rest as resistance, moving through transitions. Available for organizations, retreats, conferences, and community partners.

Private 1:1 Sessions
Personalized yoga and breathwork designed around your body, your nervous system, and your season of life. Whether you're navigating chronic stress, recovering from burnout, returning to your body after a hard chapter, or simply craving a practice that's truly yours, we move at your pace, every time.
Sessions are available virtually or in person in Atlanta.

Small Group Sessions
Gather your people. Small group sessions bring restorative movement and breathwork to the circles that matter, friend groups, sister circles, book clubs, birthday gatherings, mom groups, or colleagues who'd rather breathe together than do another happy hour. Intimate by design (typically 4–10 people), each session is customized to your group's intention, whether that's rest, release, celebration, or simply being together.
WHY
TRAUMA-INFORMED MATTERS
A trauma-informed practice means every session is built on choice, consent, and safety:
-
Every posture and practice is an invitation, never a demand. Modifications are always offered, and opting out is always welcome.
-
Language is grounding and non-prescriptive — you stay in charge of your own body the entire time.
-
Sessions are designed with an understanding of how trauma shows up physically, drawn from my clinical work as a therapist.
-
Spaces are culturally affirming and inclusive. As a Black therapist and yoga teacher, I'm intentional about creating rooms where Black and Brown folks, LGBTQIA+ folks, and people in all bodies feel genuinely welcome.
